Streszczenie:

W pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań doświadczalnych krzywych JR dla czterech geometrii próbek SEN(B),SEN(T), CCT, DNT dla dwóch stali: 18G2A, 40HMNA i dla różnych wymiarów próbek.



Abstract:

In the paper the systematic analysis of the influence of the in-plane and out-of-plane constraints (shape and size of the specimen) on the J - resistance curves is presented. Two materials were tested: 40HMNA steel after different heat treatment and 18G2A steel. The thickenss' of the specimens were chosen to simulate the predominantly plane strain and plane stress situation. Four different shapes of the specimens were machined, precracked and tested: SEN(B), single edge notch in bending, SENT(T), single edge notch in tension, CCT, central crack in tension and DNT, double notch in tension.
