Abstract: Presented by the results of studies of vaporization processes in liquids in a metastable state. . The regularities of heat and mass transfer in thermodynamically unstable liquids in a state of quasi-stationary thermodynamic equilibrium (superheated fluids) are considered.Are modeled the processes of thermodynamic crushing of the secondary phase of a liquid mixture. A technique is proposed for determining the basic thermodynamic parameters of a superheated liquid and vapor. The obtained results can be used to estimate the energy parameters of the technology of thermodynamic homogenization
