Celem badań było określenie dokładności pozycjonowania w osiach liniowych centrum frezarskiego Hermle B300. Do badań zastosowano interferometr laserowy XL-80. Otrzymane wyniki porównano z wymaganiami dotyczącymi centrów obróbkowych przedstawionych w normie PN-ISO 10791-4, a także dokładnością zadeklarowaną przez producenta maszyny. Analiza uzyskanych wyników wykazała, że dokładność pozycjonowania w osi Z nie spełnia wszystkich wymagań określonych w normie.
The aim of the study was to evaluate the accuracy and repeatability of positioning along the linear axes of the Hermle B300 milling center. The tests were carried out with the use of an XL-80 laser interferometer. The first section of the paper shows how important it is to determine the positioning accuracy. There are also discussed the current international standards used to define methods of measurement and the relevant measuring equipment and its principle of operation. The next section describes the measuring methods applied in the analysis and the main assumptions concerning the measurement procedures. In the third section of the paper the results are analyzed. The results are presented graphically and in the form of a table. They are compared witch the requirements for the normal accuracy machining centers defined in the PN-ISO 10791-4 stand-ard. The results of the positioning accuracy are compared with the values declared by the manufacturer. The analysis of the results show that the accuracy of positioning for the Z-axis did not fulfill all the requirements defined in this norm.
