The article is devoted to the research of practical problem of energy saving when using porous materials, namely determination of the coefficient of thermal conductivity of these materials. The calculated model development algorithm for the transfer of thermal energy through porous and fibrous-porous structures is presented. This algorithm allowed to reduce the complexity of work in determining the effective coefficient of porous constructions thermal conductivity
