W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań tribologicznych powłok a-C:H i TiAlN osadzanych na stali HS6-5-2C techniką fizycznego osadzania z fazy gazowej PVD. Obserwacje struktury powłok wykonano mikroskopem skaningowym SEM JSM - 7100F.
In this paper presents the tribological results of a-C:H and TiAlN coatings deposited on HS6-5-2C steel technique of physical vapor deposition PVD. An observation of the coating structure was carried out using a scanning electron microscope SEM JSM - 7100F. Analysis of the geometric structure of the surface coating before and after tribological tests were performed optical profilometer Talysurf CCI Lite. The tribological tests were performed using T-01 M tester working in combination ball-on-disk in sliding movement. Tests were carried out in under friction with lubrication using cutting fluid containing improved additive - zinc aspartate. Studies have shown that cutting fluid influenced the formation of anti-wear surface layers, which are secured against direct contact of rubbing surfaces. This had the effect of reducing the resistance movement, and in addition has provided protection against corrosion during test.
