Abstract:

In the paper was carried out an analysis of the welded joint strength; in which a defect as a void was discovered. During experimental studies carried out on the strength machine; recorded the force values and strain area on the surface of the analysed specimen by means of the optical extensometer at a real time. Carried out a strength analysis of the tested joint according to the FITNET procedure. The analysis results obtained by FITNET were confirmed by observations of the strain areas develop
