Abstract:

Sustainable (balanced) development is necessary. Today, more and more investors and
designers fall under the influence of technology in the design and construction of objects of the
standards to be met to obtain a house certificate. Compliance with the standards in any way
impair the architectural forms and ideas of the architect, greatly affects the quality of the
human habitat and the use of energy efficient solutions. A balanced architecture - a step
forward.
