Streszczenie:

Omówiono cztery mechanizmy prowadzące do deformacji laserowo nagrzewanych płyt; korzystając z własnych wyników teoretycznego modelu gięcia płyt przy zastosowaniu mechanizmu gradientu temperaturowego przedstawiono zakres parametrów laserowych i materiałowych, dla których otrzymuje sie maksymalne deformacje oraz zakres parametrów z zerowym kątem zagięcia, czyli obszar obróbki laserowej bez dystorsji; przedstawiono zależność krzywizny płyty od szerokości strefy wpływu ciepła na jednym brzegu, która pozwala określić dystorsje po laserowym cięciu, spawaniu i obróbce powierzchniowej; w przypadku spawania i gięcia opisano tzw. efekt bananowy, czyli krzywiznę grzbietu zagięcia.

Abstract:

Feur mechanisms leading to deformation of laser heated plates. On the basis of the authors' own results from a theoretical model of bending plates and with the application of a temperature gradient mechanism there has been determined a range of laser and material parameters for which maximum deformations are obtained, and also a range of laser treatment without distortion. Dependence of the plate curvature on the width of the heat-affected zone on one side which permits to determine distortions after laser cutting, welding and surface treatment. For welding and bending the so called banana effect, i.e. the curvature of bend ridge is described.
